RKR Ventures Sdn. Bhd. ("Glacé," "Glacé Mani," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website glacemani.com (the "Site") and sells hand-painted press-on nails and related products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you.

By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Glacé Mani is a brand operated by RKR Ventures Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia. For the purposes of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"), RKR Ventures Sdn. Bhd. is the "data user" responsible for your personal data.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, including:

We do not store your full credit/debit card numbers on our servers. These processors collect and process your payment information under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Technologies

We and our advertising/analytics partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site and run advertising campaigns, including:

Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand Site traffic and user behaviour
Google Ads — including conversion tracking and remarketing, to measure and optimise ad performance and show you relevant ads on other sites
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure ad performance, build custom/lookalike audiences, and show retargeting ads
TikTok Pixel — to measure ad performance and deliver retargeting ads on TikTok

These technologies may collect information such as pages you visit, products you view, items added to cart, and purchases completed, and may match this activity to your Facebook, Google, or TikTok account for ad personalisation and measurement purposes. Some of this data is shared with Google, Meta, and TikTok as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in Malaysia. As we expand into Singapore and Australia, your data may be processed in those countries, or transferred to service providers and advertising partners located outside Malaysia (including the United States, where Google, Meta, and TikTok are headquartered). Where we transfer personal data outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable standard of protection, as required under the PDPA.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements under Malaysian law. Order and transaction records are typically retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax obligations. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

9. Your Rights

Subject to the PDPA and applicable law, you have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time (e.g. via the "unsubscribe" link in emails, or by contacting us)
Request that we limit the processing of your data, where applicable
Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

If you are located in Singapore, Australia, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law once we operate there, you may have additional rights under that law (e.g. the Singapore PDPA or Australian Privacy Act 1988), and we will update this Policy accordingly.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (such as encrypted checkout via our payment processors, restricted access to customer data, and secure hosting) to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
